There are a number of tasks you do to maintain your website on a regular basis. This year, in particular, it has been important to notify site visitors of:
- changes to your hours
- changes to business practices such as take-out only or curbside pickup
- order fulfillment issues
Even during a 'normal' year, there is regular maintenance for your website to notify visitors of sales, new products, seasonal offerings, etc.
There are a number of tasks, however, that don't get as much love and are oft forgotten. In order to keep your website up and functioning smoothly, they should be routinely checked.
